  • Within this section we provide full details (Session Plans) of the Trainer Activities collated from across the 5 partner organisations. Each partner has provided a series of Learning Activities that address 12 identified “Thematic Themes” and have developed Session Plans to aid the delivery of the project. Themes include:

      Confidence building
      Evaluation
      Trust
      Problem solving
      Observation skills
      Expressing emotions
      Social awareness
      Active listening

    The 5 national grids have been presented in Modules, Units and Activities addressing local national Good Practices which can be selected through a Thematic Based “Shopping Basket” which will enable the trainer to select and work the most appropriate activity to suit their specific learners.
  • Acting UP a pour but de favoriser l’accès à la formation pour adultes en développant des parcours de formation innovants. Actuellement, les programmes de formation destinés aux formateurs d’adultes, aux conseillers d’orientation et aux intervenants socio-culturels dans les pays partenaires du projet sont obsolètes et ne sont pas toujours efficaces. L’attention doit être portée sur l’introduction de nouvelles technologies (e-learning) qui encouragent le travail des formateurs pour adultes et des conseillers d’orientation afin d’augmenter la qualité de leurs services. Nous exploiterons donc une formation mixte incluant de la formation en présentiel et des outils e-learning au sein de la formation de formateurs.

  • Acting UP aims at fostering the accessibility of learning opportunities for adults by developing training course to improve the availability and quality of training for adult education teachers or other adult education staff. Currently, the training programmes for adult educators, vocational guides and socio-cultural practitioners in participant countries are outdated and their support if often not successful. Focus should be put on introducing new technologies (elearning solutions) that support the work of adult trainers and vocational counsellors to increase the quality of their services. Therefore we will exploit blended-mobility opportunities within ACTING UP training for trainers.

  • Projekt Acting UP ma na celu wspieranie możliwości kształcenia osób dorosłych poprzez tworzenie szkoleń nakierowanych na poprawę dostępności i jakości szkolenia dla nauczycieli pracujących przy edukacji dorosłych oraz innych pracowników tej branży. Obecnie szkolenia dla edukatorów dorosłych, instruktorów i prowadzących praktyki zawodowe, pracowników placówek społeczno-kulturalnych w krajach uczestniczących są realizowane w przestarzały sposób, a ich dalsze wspieranie i rozwijanie jest często nieudane. Należy położyć szczególny nacisk na wprowadzanie nowych technologii (np. rozwiązań e-learningowych), które wspierają pracę trenerów dorosłych i doradców zawodowych, w celu podniesienia jakości oferowanych usług edukacyjnych. Dlatego też będziemy wykorzystywać możliwości różnych form kształcenia, stacjonarnych i nie, w ramach szkolenia Acting UP dla instruktorów.

  • O Acting UP pretende promover a acessibilidade às oportunidades de aprendizagem para adultos, desenvolvendo um curso de formação para aumentar a variedade e qualidade de formação para professores de educação de adultos ou outras pessoas envolvidas na educação de adultos. Atualmente, os programas de formação para formadores de adultos, orientadores profissionais e animadores sócioculturais nos países que participam neste projeto, estão desatualizados e sem apoio, e muitas vezes não são bem-sucedidos. O foco deve estar na introdução de novas tecnologias (soluções de e-learning), que apoiam o trabalho dos formadores de adultos e conselheiros profissionais, de forma a aumentar a qualidade dos seus serviços. Vamos desta forma, com AACTING UP iremos explorar as oportunidades de formação para formadores de blended-mobility.

  • Il progetto Acting UP mira ad incrementare le opportunità di apprendimento riservate agli adulti sviluppando corsi di formazione con l’obiettivo di migliorare la fruibilità e la qualità della formazione degli insegnanti o di altro staff che operano nel settore dell’educazione degli adulti. Al momento, nei paesi partecipanti i programmi di formazione per educatori, addetti all’orientamento e operatori socio-culturali sono obsoleti e il loro contributo è spesso inefficace. E’ fondamentale porre attenzione all’introduzione di nuove tecnologie (soluzioni e-learning) che supportino il lavoro dei formatori di studenti adulti o dei counsellor all’orientamento al fine di aumentare la qualità dei loro servizi. Inoltre, nel contesto del progetto “Acting up formazione per formatori”, sfrutteremo le opportunità di mobilità mista.
