Activity: ·  Each person finds their own space in the room and imagines they are contained in a bubble. ·  Using music with a good walking tempo, the group walks around the space, avoiding other people i.e. the bubbles must not collide. ·  When the music stops, so must the participants. They should ensure they are in their own space each time. ·  Repeat until the group becomes accustomed to using the space fully. ·  Each person creates an interesting shape of their own each time the music stops. Leader should encourage use of the whole body and different levels. The shape should change every time the music stops.
